All Japanese Are Responsible for the Nuclear Accident ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ÊÊ¡ÅçÂè°ì¸¶È¯»ö¸Î¤ÏÆüËÜ¿ÍÁ´°÷¤ÎÀÕǤ¤À¡Ë

¡¡About this accident of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, of course executives of the Tokyo Electric Power Company are to blame, n of course Government n administration are to blame. But all japanese are to blame too. We all japanese should hav paid attention to danger of nuclear power plants.

¡¡Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant was designed to get over tsunami 5 meters high, but this earthquake caused tsunami 15 meters high, n it attacked the plant. So the plant could't get over it so that the nuclear reactors rose in temperature, exploded by hydrogen, n scattered radioactive substances. Assumption by the company n investigative agency was too optimistic.

¡¡In addition, the plant was designed to get over 7.9 magnitude earthquakes. But this earthquake was 9.0 magnitude. It is true that such a massive earthquake hasn't occurred in comtemporary japan, but in the world earthquakes of the 9 magnitude class hav occurred. So it's obvious that the company neglected its duty for safety.

¡¡But if all japanese had paid much more attention to safety of nuclear plants, the company n administration wouldn't hav neglected their duties. Some people warned the others of nulear power's riskiness, but they hav had no interested in the warnings.

Gaddafi in Libya Should Retire ¡Ê¥«¥À¥Õ¥£¤Ï°úÂह¤Ù¤¤À¡Ë

¥«¥À¥Õ¥£

People in Libya dont hav right to vote(Áªµó¸¢¤¬¤Ê¤¤), freedom of speech¡Ê¸ÀÏÀ¤Î¼«Í³¤¬¤Ê¤¤¡Ë, 30 parcentage of them r unemployed¡Ê¼º¶ÈΨ30%¡Ë, Lybya is not a democratic country. In spite of much oils produced in Libya, the greater part of them r unfortunately poor. And the leader of this country is Muammar Gaddafi.

A considerable number of Libyans r supporting him, so he might not be an mere utter villiain¡Ê¤¿¤À¤Î¶Ë°¿Í¤Ç¤Ï̵¤¤¤Î¤«¤â¡Ë. But he ordered his soldiers to oppress the opposition group thoroughly, he did so not because he hoped people's peace in mind but because he lusted for power¡Ê¸¢ÎÏÍߤΤ¿¤á¡Ë. It is natural of a person to want power, but a leader should be kind to people.

US, UK, France, n others hav been attacking Gaddafi's army n Japan supports it. But Russia, China, n Germany oppose it. It's not simple to decide for or against the attack, but it is obvious that the monopoly of power¡Ê¸¢ÎϤÎÆÈÀê¡Ë cannot make people happy. And Gaddafi has a too much monopoly of power.

Gaddafi should retire from the head of state. A leader should be elected by people.

The Revival of Chernobyl?¡Ê¥Á¥§¥ë¥Î¥Ö¥¤¥ê¤ÎºÆ¸½¤«¡Ë

It might be possible that 4 reactors¡Ê¸¶»Òϧ¡Ë in Fukushima First Nuclear Power Plant will exploding severely like Chernobyl disaster¡Ê¥Á¥§¥ë¥Î¥Ö¥¤¥ê¸¶È¯»ö¸Î¡Ë. Too much water that cools reactors might have evaporated¡Ê¾øȯ¡Ë, so some containment buildings¡Ê³ÊǼÍÆ´ï¡Ë were damaged and thick radioactive substances have been leaking out. If reactor cores melt down¡Êϧ¿´ÍÏÍ»¤¬µ¯¤¤ë¡Ë, a quantity of highly poisonous plutonium and extremely dangerous radioactive substances will be released. Japanese government and the electric power company must be concealing the fact¡Ê±£Ê䷤Ƥ¤¤ë¡Ë from people in order not to cause a panic.

The executives¡Ê¼óǾÉô¡Ë of the electric power company are to blame, they should have decided to shower water including boric acid¡Ê¥Û¥¦»À¡Ë on 4 reactors in order to stop their nuclear reactions forever and do away with them¡ÊÇÑϧ¤Ë¤¹¤ë¡Ë. But they didn't do so. Of course it's a difficult dicision, but he must have done it to save Japan as a leader.

Fukushima First Nuclear Power Plant is goin' out of control

Çò±ì¤ò¾å¤²¤ëÊ¡ÅçÂè°ì¸¶È¯

Dear friends, the japan's fukushima I nuclear power plant striken by the giant earthquake might possibly cause a large explosion like Chernobyl disaster. At last, all of 4 reactors exploded by hydrogen or others, it's quite a dangerous situation. Quantities of radioactive substances have already been scattered on the outside and many workers have been exposed to radiation. They're trying to control reactors, but nuclear power is like a wild beast, not a tame animal. So far, workers and engineers have been getting desperate to calm reactors' anger. I cooperated in fund-raising and decided that i never drank alcohol till this tragedy ended

The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake

At the japanese nuclear power plant struck by the giant earthquake, not only reactorµ but reactor· exploded by hydrogen. It's quite a seriouse situation, i cant believe it. Hope it won't cause the same disaster in Chernobyl

Japan-China relations¡ÊÆüÃæ´Ø·¸¡Ë vol.1

Yesterday, Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan¡Ê¿ûľ¿Í ¼óÁê¡Ë n Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao¡Ê²¹²ÈÊõ ¼óÁê¡Ë had an informal talk¡Êº©Ã̤·¤¿¡Ë. It's not a formal conference¡Ê¸ø¼°¤Ê²ñÃ̤ǤϤʤ¤¡Ë cuz the 2 countires relations grew worse... But i think both Japanese government n Chinese government made efforts to realize the top-level "chat"¡Ê¼óǾƱ»Î¤ÎÏ䷹礤¡Ë at ASEAN+3¡ÊÅìÆ¥¸¥¢½ô¹ñÏ¢¹ç¡ÜÆüÃæ´Ú¡Ë summit in Ha Noi.

Japan-China relations hav got worse since a guardship of the Japan Coast Guard¡Ê³¤ÊݤηÙÈ÷Äú¡Ë n Chinese fishing boat collided¡ÊÃæ¹ñµùÁ¥¤È¾×ÆÍ¡Ë near the islands in East China Sea. Japan insists that the islands belong to Japan, n China insists that the islands belong to China. Both countries' people got heated wiz nationalism.

In Japan, many Japanese people n politicians of nongovernment parties¡ÊÌîÅÞ¤ÎÀ¯¼£²È¡Ë hav criticized PM Kan n the Democratic Party of Japan, the Government party¡ÊÍ¿ÅÞ¤Î̱¼çÅÞ¡Ë cuz they thought that PM Kan showed weak attitudes toward China. PM Kan needed to hav summit meeting wiz PM Wen at this summit meeting in order to invite Chinese President Hu Jintao¡Ê¸Õ¶ÓÞ¹ ¹ñ²È¼çÀÊ¡Ë to APEC summit meeting¡Ê¥¢¥¸¥¢ÂÀÊ¿ÍηкѶ¨ÎϲñµÄ¡Ë in Yokohama¡Ê²£ÉÍ¡Ë, Japan. But situation was serious, so PM Kan got angry n shouted¡¡"Why hasn't Japan-China summit meeting been decided to hold yet!?¡Ê¤Ê¤¼¼óǾ²ñÃ̤γ«ºÅ¤¬·è¤Þ¤é¤Ê¤¤¤ó¤À!!¡Ë" He's said "Ira-Kan/Irritated Kan¡Ê¥¤¥é¿û¡Ë" cuz he often gets angry...

In China, some Chinese thought that PM Wen made a concession to Japan¡ÊÆüËܤ˾ùÊâ¡Ë cuz he had promised Japan to develop gas field in East China Sea jointly¡Ê¥¬¥¹ÅĤζ¦Æ±³«È¯¡Ë. So PM Wen needed to show a strong attitude toward Japan to avoid domestic criticism.

Then, Japanese foreign minister Seiji Maehara¡ÊÁ°¸¶À¿»Ê ³°Áê¡Ë n Chinese foreign minister Yang Jiechi¡ÊÍÌ·é篪/¤è¤¦ ¤±¤Ä¤Á ³°Áê¡Ë had meeting n decided to tell their governments to hav summit meeting at the ASEAN+3 meeting. But after that, Maehara n US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton¡Ê¥Ò¥é¥ê¡¼¡¦¥¯¥ê¥ó¥È¥ó ¹ñ̳Ĺ´±¡Ë had meeting n she said that the Alliance of Japan-US¡ÊÆüÊÆƱÌÁ¡Ë is applied to the islands in East China Sea. And some mass media released a faked information¡Ê¸íÊó¡Ë. So it became impossible for China to Believe Japan. But PM Kan n PM Wen needed to talk there cuz Japan needed China n China needed Japan, so they finally had a informal talk. They shook hands n talked for 10 minutes.

In South Korea n Southeast Asia, they hope that Japan n China r on good terms. So at the ASEAN+3 meeting, South Korean President Lee Myung-bak¡ÊÍûÌÀÇî/¥¤¡¦¥ß¥ç¥ó¥Ð¥¯ ÂçÅýÎÎ¡Ë tried to make PM Kan n PM Wen shake hands.

I think China should not aim for supremacy¡ÊÇƸ¢¡Ë in Asia. If China aimed it, China would lose many friends in Asia. And i also think Japan should not regard China as an enemy country. If Japan did so, peace in Asia would not come true.

Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan¡ÊÆüËܤÎÁíÍýÂç¿Ã¡¢¿ûľ¿Í¡Ë vol.2

On 16 October, many Japanese held anti-China demonstration in Tokyo again. The leader was Toshio Tamogami¡ÊÅÄÊì¿À ½Óͺ¡Ë, he is former chief staff of Japan's Air Self-Defense Force¡Ê¹Ò¶õ¼«±ÒÂâ¤Î¸µ¹Ò¶õËëνĹ¡Ë n popular among conservative of Japan. They yelled that the islands in East China Sea belong to Japan n Prime Minister Naoto Kan¡Ê¿ûľ¿Í ¼óÁê¡Ë should resign cuz he showed a weak attitude toward China.

On 16, 17 October, many Chinese held anti-Japan demonstration in Chengdu¡ÊÀ®ÅÔ¡Ë n other cities. They yelled that the islands belong to China n Chinese should boycott Japanese products¡ÊÆüËÜÀ½ÉʤΥܥ¤¥³¥Ã¥È¡Ë.

The islands are far from Japan proper¡ÊÆüËÜËÜÅÚ¡Ë n Chinese mainland¡ÊÃæ¹ñËÜÅÚ¡Ë, so Japanese n Chinese didnt pay attention to them in the past. But in 1968, large gass field¡Ê¥¬¥¹ÅÄ¡Ë was discovered near them. It caused trouble between Japan n China.

The end of this month, Japanese Prime Minister Kan n Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao¡Ê²¹²ÈÊõ ¼óÁê¡Ë will meet at East Asian Summit¡ÊÅ쥢¥¸¥¢¥µ¥ß¥Ã¥È¡Ë in Hanoi. Then Chinese President Hu Jintao¡Ê¸Õ¶ÓÞ¹ ¹ñ²È¼çÀÊ¡Ë may visit Japan n have a summit meeting wiz Prime Minister Kan in Nobember cuz APEC¡Ê¥¢¥¸¥¢ÂÀÊ¿ÍηкѶ¨ÎϲñµÄ¡Ë summit meeting was held in Yokohama¡Ê²£ÉÍ¡Ë. I hope they will meet n talk about solutions of this problem.
